I reassured her, broke down concepts, and even doodled flowcharts over Zoom. When our professor noticed her progress, she gave me a shoutout—and suddenly, I became a team lead for a project! Leading my group taught me the magic of collaboration: listening to fears, celebrating small wins, and never giving up. When my teammates praised my patience and clarity, I realized: this is what design feels like—guiding people to their “aha!” moments.
